How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 working days.

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information.

All international shipments are sent DDU (delivery duty unpaid), customers are responsible for any import charges at their customs border.

We gladly accept returns on full-price items purchased from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
Clearly label your parcel as Goods To Be Returned and include your order number for reference.

Return Process

Notify us of your return by emailing info@purplemountainobservatory.co.uk.
Use a trackable service to return items, as the sender is fully responsible for the parcel until it is received and checked into our warehouse.

Important Information

Return postage, packaging, and any associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for exchange or refund. Such items will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.
Sale or reduced-price items are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
