How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 working days.

Can I amend shipping information once I have submitted my order?

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information.

International shipping information

All international shipments are sent DDU (delivery duty unpaid), customers are responsible for any import charges at their customs border.

We are happy to return full price items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned by the buyer in their original unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received. Please ensure your parcel is clearly labelled with Goods To Be Returned and enclosing your order number.

​We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are checked in to our warehouse.
