Returns

We are happy to return full price items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned by the buyer in their original unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received. Please ensure your parcel is clearly labelled with Goods To Be Returned and enclosing your order number.

​We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are checked in to our warehouse.

​Return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the buyer.

​Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be exchanged and will be sent back as is to the buyer, at the buyer's expense.

​No exchange will be offered against items purchased at reduced or sale price.
